Composer credits - "Mr. Wonderful"

[BklynBlue]

Couple of simple questions, easily answered if anyone has an original vinyl copy of "Mr. Wonderful" on a shelf, stashed in closet, or in a milk crate in the basement - and actually has access to it -
The CD version of the LP that was part of the "Complete Blue Horizon Sessions" box set, lists Green alone as the composer for "Rollin' Man" on both the reproduction of the back of the jacket on the jewel case insert and in the accompanying booklet -
All other versions I have seen always list Green and C.G. Adams, just like all of the other Green numbers on the LP.

Could someone confirm for me how the track was listed on the original jacket and the label on the disc?

Secondly, again on the jacket reproduction, "Coming Home" is credited to Jeremy Spencer -
the booklet corrects this to show it was in fact an Elmore James song -

Again, I am curious as to how the song was credited on the original jacket and on the label

I thank you in advance
