Fleetwood Mac already had a very successful "greatest hits" album and a boxed-set, yet 'The Very Best of Fleetwood Mac' still peaked at #12 on Billboard's Top 200 Albums chart and has sold over a million copies.

Stevie's last "best of" is nearly 17 years old, and her boxed set has been out for nearly a decade. I don't think either will particularly hinder sales of 'Crystal Visions,' though it is unlikely that it will do as well as 'VBoFM.'
