To be a roadie?

Okay, you know the dozens of people that follow Fleetwood Mac around the country and prepare the sets, ect. for the tour? The people that set everything up for the band, they are called roadies right?

How do these people land these totally cool jobs? I would kill to have this job. Anyone have any info. on this?
