Lindsey's Chet Atkins and Renaissance

I read that Rick Turner modifies LIndsey's Chet Atkins. WHat does he exactly make different?

I also am wondering if each string has an individual output where they are each tracked by a synth like his Renaissance models.

How are his Renaisance models different from his CHet Atkins?
