Chris stated her demos were very rough; she and Lindsey both said she was rusty; Lindsey can tinker in the studio forever. Last year's tour was supposed to end in Australia in December, and all members no doubt scheduled time for rest and other personal and professional endeavors in the first part of this year. And of course John needs time to recover. I think autumn was the soonest they could be ready to hit the road. Obviously it's easier for some people if everything they dislike about Fleetwood Mac is Stevie's fault.

The fact that FM has not put out an album since SYW is entirely their own fault...If they wanted to put an album out and Stevie was not participating to the bands satisfaction then they should have given her an ultimatum AND STUCK TO IT!!!! The fact they are still waiting on Stevie all these years later is nobody's fault but their own...Would any other band put off recording for 10 years??? No they would have kicked the offending member to the curb and moved on...

Fleetwood Mac has chosen to be a stale "Greatest Hits" act instead of a band that continues to stay fresh and make new music...
