Lady From the Mountain "Work Tape"

FYI, this one is not from a reel-to-reel tape. It's from a cassette tape that was in the Maureen Loftus "Mystery Box" that she sold when she closed up shop. I was the one who transferred this from the cassette onto CD.

Yep. YOU are the one who transferred ALL of those cassettes from Maureen Loftus onto many, many CDs back then. But people keep lumping them in with the "Master Reels"...

Thanks for the heads up-- I'm just posting what I've been given but I'll edit that in the description.

I think you re-labeled the wrong one.

It's the LFTM that is upcoming, but not yet posted.

Thank you so much!! I worked hard on that one. It was so distant-sounding on the cassette!

Okay, I changed it. I'm posting it now-- if it is the wrong label once you give it a listen, let me know and I'll change it.

I absolutely love the Beauty and The Beast Blues Master.. That and the Tom Petty "Gypsy" are my favourite different versions of any Stevie song

About a year ago I decided to get one! I just dump everything on it. The huge task ahead is to systematically organize everything and makeg sensible compilations to burn on discs. This might take lifetime or two! Especially trying identify and weed out replications, and try to figure out various terms, titles redundancie and miss-labeling: is this a demo, is this an outtake, is this an alternative mix, what show is this live track from...etc...it's insane!

It's a blessing and a curse. In the ancient days of trading cassette tapes through the mail, you obtained and processed things at a slow pace. And there wasn't as much out there. Now, within minutes, you're overwhelmed huge amounts of material. And it keeps on coming!

That's why I'm trying to leak all of this out slowly, but I'm so excited about it! I feel like I'm giving too much too quickly for some people!
