no. in fact in my post i expressly stated that i wasn't doing so. but many who have witnessed your exchanges with her would probably agree with me. you are extremely disrespectful and derisive to her.

I know there's a clique Mary. There's cliques everywhere there are groups of more than two people. I don't mind them at all, they don't seem to get in my way at any point.

If that group, the "POUT clique" as you so lovingly describe them, disagree with you, then argue with them. Disagree with them. Have an intelligent debate on the topic. I don't believe anyone in this thread has said anything rude to you, until you insulted their disease/disorders/choice of treatment.

Why should sympathy BE shown? There is truly no need for sympathy in a debate, just a basic understanding of the other sides arguments. You don't need to be sympathetic of the other viewpoint, but there is absolutely NO reason to bash someone because they believe in something you don't.

I want you to go back several pages on this board and see who picked on who first.

FYI: I dont CARE who agrees with me. I dont need anyone else to jump on board and make me feel like I am importand or special. (unlike the P.O.U.T. clique)

If I hold an opinion, I hold it for a reason. and not because its something I found out at 25 yrs old...........but because I realised after 45+ years of living that is true, and no amount of acrimony from 25-somethings (or 35-somethings for that matter) will change it. So, go ahead and be "disappointed" but I've yet to find any iota of sympathy for me or my issues on this board(with minor exceptions), so why should I return the favor?

liam didn't say it was. he said that when you are the only person to defend a viewpoint, you resort to petulant tactics in an attempt to get your point across.

fine. I direct you to Jazzy's comments after page 4. previous to that, Jannie, Carrie, Suze and I actually WERE having an adult discussion. After that, Jazzy, Ryan (RickyPT), and various others...chose to take pot shots at me. Why? because I advocated an unpopular view. think about it.

you are correct. it is not necessarily a mistake to be the only person defending a point of view.

but sometimes it is just someone being stubborn and unwilling to admit their own mistakes and callousness.

George Bush still thinks it was a good idea to have gone to iraq. This viewpoint flys in the face of all evidence to the contrary.

see>?

ok, granted, but at this point, Im not convinced that anything I've seen/written etc has been wrong. Im still waiting. I admit, I may have stepped on a few toes, but no one goes out of their way to apologise to me when they step on MY toes...

see - you did it again.
you proved what liam said right there.
you resorted to insults -"you being so righteous and all" - when carrie used logic to make her point.

maybe because you act like your toes are stepped on in practically every thread, all the time, and it always turns into this crap on a less-severe level?
