Once again, the leaking of this tape serves no judicial interest and has not protected Ireland that I can see. In other words, the same exact results would have been reached if Kim's lawyers played the tape for the judge and never leaked it.

These people have the best legal teams money can buy. So, they are hardly desperate

I am not saying leaking this VM violated any state laws, though it likely violated the judicially placed gag order. I am just saying that it was leaked served no purpose other than to sway public opinion against AB. That is manipulation at the expense of Ireland.

I predict, the court will chastise and fine Kim for leaking the tape. I think it will allow supervised visits between Alec and Ireland.

we'll see. I think supervised visits is a step in the right direction.

When I started this thread, I did so ONLY to prove that those Hollywood types are NOT above the common person. People seem to think they are indeed above us...They are NOT, they are on the same EQUAL ground as you & I.

If this episode had happened to the common Joe Blow-RockNRoll noone would give a crap, but as is typical in this country, since it happen to a "Celebrity" it should be the be all/end all...It's not.

Abuse is abuse is abuse...Doesnt matter who's on the giving or receiving end.

If the moderators want to close this thread, feel free to let me know and I will close it.

um: you didnt CALL ME ignorant , unaware, but you inferred it by your commentary...which was based (as you said) on the info from a family insider--who apparently has Alec-leanings. What surprised me was your attitude on my position (having an opinion in spite of the media crackdown) that was pro-child and pro-protective parent (in this case, protective mother)
. BTW: I may use unrelated cases IF they have RELATED issues. Apparently you didnt take that into consideration before you judged me.

Thank you Brian. I appreciate your commentary. I for one am willing to see what the Judge has to say about this (assuming the gag order isnt in place).

PS: ETA: I can assure you I most certainly DO care what happens to Joe Schmoe's kids, been there done that, and going back again. I have leant my name to federal child protective legislation, but in the meantime , I most certainly DO give a **** about CA kids. Celebrity or not. the laws apply to all. (and all you scoffers can kiss my a**)
