Of course she'll do Edge, I for one would be inconsolable if she didn't! It's one of the few "heavier" tunes that she still does & still does well. That opening riff gets me so pumped up at a show - I <3 it!

Welcome to The Ledge!

Some I would want to hear: (just off the top of my head)

"Outside the Rain"
"POTU"
"Gate and Garden"
"Bella Donna"
"Enchanted"
"Candlebright"
"Gypsy"
"Nightbird"
"Stand Back"
"Talk to Me"
"Edge of Seventeen"
"Sister Honey"

You know what? I just don't want to hear all the songs we've heard live so many times before. I don't want Outside the Rain or Dreams, Rhiannon ( ) or I Need to Know, or Stand Back ( again). I want her to go into the vaults and pull out old, beautiful songs and some of the more rockin' ones that have never seen the bright lights of the live stage. And for those of us who have been with her for years and years and years... some of the lesser known demos. I'm not going to make a list - I'm just going to hope she takes a risk.

Thanks for the welcomes, everyone.

catinthedark, I hear you loud and clear. I've just given up hope that Stevie (or FM) will ever shake up her setlist. I've always been hoping for a club or theater tour, but obviously she's hitting the sheds again with Henley. That House of Blues experience was so great but it was 5 years ago.

I would be fine never hearing Dreams or Rhiannon again. And I never got into I Need To Know, have no idea why she insists on keeping that in the list.

But Stand Back, my goodness I think I could spend the rest of my life watching a live performance of that over and over.

Since I've never even seen her live, I'll take just about anything! (But NOT "Desert Angel" and NOT "I Miss You")

But to hear some demos that have never been performed would be so great! "The Dealer" and "Julia" are on the top of my list.

It's a good song, dont get me wrong. But I just got sick of it after the first 100 times of hearing it

Nice choices. I always thought that Sable on Blonde would be an excellent swap for Dreams. It has the same beat/vibe as Dreams and would segue seamlessly from Outside The Rain.

I'd like to think that there is someone in Stevie's camp who would have the objectivity and influence to suggest and lobby for inspired changes in her live performances. Perhaps there is, but they probably get shot down -- she's too fearful to change.

Not me. No way. Never.

Now Dreams, on the other hand...

Niiiice. I would add "Beautiful Child" in there, simply because it moved me so much last tour. And I've been dying to hear "Belladonna."

I was going to put Beautiful Child in there, but opted not to because I want it be special and I don't think it will be if she hauls it out from now on.

Good point. It was her shining moment on the tour.

Instead of Beautiful Child, she can haul out Prince as a special guest and they could do Thousand Days.

Just as long as "Sara" stays in the closet.

You didn't like Sara on the last tour, either? I thought I was the only one. It.Was.So.Bad. -_-

I say we take those damned laces and hog-tie the sow in that closet so she can never escape.

It was flat and bland as all get out. It was great in the early days, but this time around it was awful. I've never liked that song as much as some, anyway.
