I think that they only have 2 hours, them's the rules, so it should be from 1 to 3 eastern time.

that's 12pm to 2pm for us CST folk...Sure, I have nuthin else to do today except possibly keel over, Maybe politicians will make it somewhat more painless by killing my grey matter
