I hope they will let us know what happen to him and about his treatment.
You would have to take a vacation in the boonies to know if being in the flight path bothers you. It's a good question, what happens to burned jet fuel in the atmosphere. Trying to discuss the whole matter with anyone is akin to talking politics and religion, or worse. It's an interesting topic and has me watching the skies to see if there are ties to my severe headaches. I wondered if he was against vaccines.

The last news about Prince's death are shocking:

UPDATE: TMZ is reporting that the emergency landing was not required because of the flu, but rather a drug overdose, and Prince was rushed to the hospital and given a “save shot,” which they say is “typically administered to counteract the effects of an opiate.” Their sources say that doctors wanted Prince to stay overnight in the hospital, but he refused when he was told that he could not have a private room. Prince’s representatives have not commented on the matter.

I read that he had his music instruments custom made a smaller size because he was so little? But yes he could play just about all his own instruments when recording, and there are some very interesting live clips with his blistering guitar solos.

In the 80s though it often seemed he and Michael Jackson were being pitted against each other and it was MJ who got most of the attention for his choreography. I mean who could beat that? But Prince could sure put on a funky show.

He seemed like something of a control freak to the end. I could sympathize -the way we purchase and listen to music has changed so much in a few decades. When I was a kid it was still mainly vinyl. I still personally think that vinyl sounds the BEST but in our modern busy lives everyone is listening to other more 'convenient' formats. Music has been pushed much to the background though and become like a jingle that doesn't require much of the listener. There are some exceptions like Adele who is still doing albums built around concepts. But a lot now seems to be short disposable mp3s and you don't have to lift a needle to go from one track to another. You just press a button and it's instant. So is the purchase and download. But it can all be a rather souless listening experience.

And I've fallen into it too. Though when Prince said that digital music was benfiting the big money hungry companies rather than the creative artists he probably had a point and was making a truthful observation.

There were times when I thought of him get real man it's no longer the 80s times have changed, and now people are very confused as to how they can actually obtain his music. But that was just Prince.

It may take several weeks to get the full results of what happened. But taking painkillers while experiencing flu symptoms can be quite risky. I hope he wasn't doing that just to fulfil gig commitments.

Apparently Percocet had everything to do with it and Chemtrails nothing....

The "Save Shot" he got was apparently for a Percocet OD while flying back from ATL last week. He landed in Moline Il , they rushed him to hospital, gave him a shot and three hours later he was flying back to Chanhassen, MN.

Question RIP Prince

Well, I heard L A Reid touch on this a bit tonight, but I was telling my husband earlier tonight about the lyrics to Lets Go Crazy. You really have to read them, really read into them. L A Reid said that Prince told him that he thought of an elevator as the devil, but I think Prince knew he was going to die in an elevator. This whole song is about his death. "Are we going to let the elevator bring us down, Oh no let's go." "You better live now before the grim reaper come knocking on your door". " Dr. Everything'' be alright - Will make everything go wrong - Pills & thrills & daffodils will kill - Hang tough children. He's coming He's coming. (Prince was spiritual) "A world of never ending happiness - You can always see the sun, day or night (going to heaven of course). When he says, "Lets go Crazy, lets get nuts" he means, party on, don't mourn me - celebrate (which a lot of people did last night). My husband just says, oh you're a groupie. I only have this one CD, Purple Rain. Then my husband says, well I don't know, maybe.

Billy Gibbons is without a doubt one of the great ones...Here's what he thinks of Prince's playing...(Click the picture/link to read the full article)

Billy also thinks this Prince cover of the Stones "Honky Tonk Woman" is pretty damn good.

Just finished listening to Ground Zero show was about Prince. Brought out odd details surrounding his death. The Queens 90th birthday, the multiple trips to Walgreens, I forget what else, but I believe there will be a podcast. The last time he was seen 8pm Wednesday, then found slumped in the elevator next day. The whole thing left me feeling suspicious. Seems like too many odd coincidences or maybe just a matter of finding what you go looking for. Could he have been that distraught over Vanity's death? Oh well, anyway... a hugh loss, for sure.

The weird thing for me is learning one of his very best friends was Tamron Hall and that they spoke for 3 hours on phone on Monday......

Tamron stated they spoke near everyday on phone. Who knew??

And of course it wasn't against the person who
posted. It was just that I'm puking sick of Stevie's
little lies.

I've calmed down for now...

But when I start to read about all the celebrities (Stevie) who
claim they knew Prince better than they did. And of course
knew about his soon to be mentioned problems - it makes me
want to barf.

I heard Prince in an interview kind of laughing about
what people think his lyrics are and mean.

On the ones you mentioned he might have written it like
this... you can always see the Son, day or night...

There's no night in Heaven.
