It would be the "high fashion" line from Cheaper Than Free because my husband makes fun of it every time he hears it! I have no idea what I would change it to, though.

"The Forgotten Chimpanzee..."

I know it works for the song but everytime I heard it, I start laughing, I just can't help it. It really cracks me up.

I wouldn't rewrite a line I would have someone else produce "I still miss someone". That is such a beautiful song and Stevie's version is just terrible

So tough...has to be Bella Donna, although The Wild Heart is a very, very close second. The Wild Heart is my go to album when I'm in a bad mood or when i'm frustrated with something, but Bella Donna is pure beauty, absolute perfection.

this question has been asked and asked so many times and I'm still conflicted.. I love Bella Donna but it seems more dated...while The Wild Heart still sounds as current today as it did twenty years ago....Now IYD has come along and complicated matters...I really love this new album but I think that Wild Heart will remain my all time favorite...However, I have to say if Cheaper than Free and Everybody Loves You had not appeared on IYD it might have been my favorite album

25 I think overall, I prefer The Wild Heart, although it's really tight between Bella Donna and IYD for a really close 2nd place.

Rewrite a line:
I'd change 'And if I was a child/and the child was enough/enough for me to love' from Gypsy. I'd make it read 'if I had a child', because then it makes sense. I also think it's what she actually wrote and then chickened out of leaving in the song.

Favourite album:
It's between Wild Heart and In Your Dreams. My love for WH has lasted nearly three decades. I don't know if my love for IYD will last as long. I'll go WH, because of the title track and Nightbird.

Did they get back together during the Dance:
I think they dipped their toes in the water and that, realistically, they could never have put that relationship back together in any kind of healthy, longlasting way. However, I also think that Kristen got pregnant before S&L had actually come to a decision one way or the other. That was his 'fall from grace': he was sleeping with K while claiming to be serious about reconciling with Stevie.

At the moment, In Your Dreams is my favorite, because I love how Stevie is now - happy and healthy and calm, and I think the wisdom she's gained from everything she's been through really comes through on the album in a beautiful way. I'll always love Bella Donna and everything else, of course, but In Your Dreams is pretty special.
