Rotten lyrics, a melody without a good hook, sodden orchestration, no cool ideas going on, bad playing (particularly on the tag out), & a bridge that compounds all those problems tenfold.

OOY has many of Christine's strengths, like the singular singing style (listen to the signature way she sings "gone" in "I miss you when you're gone"). HM is about as charming as pop has been since the lads from Liverpool.
