Yes. I guess I am, though I never heard that LL blamed anyone.
"Fault" is not a word that would be used if LL had cancer. She has a disease, an addiction to prescription drugs, which is not her 'fault'. It's not her doctors' fault, either, but there are indications that the medications only worsened her condition, perhaps due to alcohol or illegal drugs. Another disease or two, there. But, at the root of her troubles seem to be the dependency on 2 particular drugs, which she may need to be on for the rest of her life.
Hire her a driver, take away her license, but the jail time is unwarranted for reasons I listed in my previous message.
