Yeah, it took awhile for people to warm up for Cyndi. The same was true near the end of last night's show. When people got up for SHN and started moving toward the stage, I thought why couldn't you have shown this enthusiasm earlier?! But I'm not going tonight, sorry.  I had the offer to go but I couldn't get things together in time.
When he looked over, I hoped he noticed a few of us singing the more obscure songs. I tried to make a point of it. I got the impression he was very appreciative of us, though, whether we stood or not. |
I thought that he might have been looking at me during Treason so I made sure to sing all the words, more so than I usually do. It is really important that he knows that he still has the following (his cult is one of his favorite things to write about). If he didn't have that, he just might stop writing, and we can't let that happen.
