I never said, nor inferred, that "whites need to be punished". I think there is a lot more time needed to repair the damage that happened, that's all. It's very naive for anyone in 2007 to think that "everything is okay now" and that there is a level playing field for black Americans. Whether or not the current solutions have merit is a different conversation and the two are not necessarily related.

The current tax system perpetuates fraud and those with a lot of money need to understand that they shouldn't try to rip off the government. I know not all wealthy people are not like that, but many are. That needs to be fixed no matter how many slaves your great, great, great, great, grandfather owned
