Actually, you said at first that Sec. Rice did not speak for black people. Then, you went on to say that black people were mostly in the military, which you later recanted. So, you did say that Sec. Rice does not speak for black people - my question then is who does speak for "them" and how do you define "them?" I think those are valid questions in light of your statement and you have yet to answer.
