Yesterday was quite the day. Around 5 pm, I was sitting here working away when I noticed a helicopter hovering over my house. I went outside and looked up and saw it was a news copter, so I turned on the evening news to see the house down the street with an abandoned pickup truck on the front lawn. Turns out there was a carjacking, chase and then the carjackers fled on foot.
So I took a deep breath and made sure the deadbolt was locked. that's really all you can do.
