I have to agree with you there. Since starting this thread I've done some research into it, and tunnel vision is _definitely_ the phrase that springs to mind...
I guess respect is the most important thing if you're going to write something like this.
Kudos on the novel by the way -- I've attempted several myself but ... well ...
