That t-shirt looks like a knock-off, bootleg, rip off....whatever you want to call it. There are a lot "fake" i.e. unofficially lisenced t-shirts out there. Some are nicer that the official t-shirts, and some of them are pure crap.
My first concert t-shirt was a fake, but was quite nice--black shirt featuring the large Penguin logo in full color. My most early is a blue shirt from the Tusk tour. I had a nice Mirage Tour T-shirt -- black with the french penguin --- for a minute. I let a friend wear it a day after the concert. A month later when I asked for it, she told me she lost it. That was back in 1982 and I still regret trusting her with it.
I still buy one t-shirt any time I go to a Fleetwood Mac/related show. Some of those designs really suck though! I never wear them anyway. l'd feel a bit silly.
