I think the Dance version is far superior. There's just something about that one; it seemed a bit more raw and much more powerful. She kept herself restrained on some of the other songs, but she really threw caution to the wind with that one in '97. Unfortunately, byt the time Enchanted rolled around, it got a little rote and too "down pat." It was done a terrible injustice on the TISL tour, but I still enjoyed it somewhat, even though she really started with the theatrics. Now, it's performed as if it's the centerpiece of a Broadway show, even though the vocal is still outstanding. But I don't think it'll ever be as firey as it was in '97.
