Dream House was not scary, but it was really well acted (as directed by Jim Sheridan) and it is BEAUTIFUL to look at (shot by the GREAT MONSTER GENIUS D.P. Caleb Deschanel). Despite its flaws, I appreciated its social understanding: as the nightmares of one house destroy the dreams of another.
