Correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm fairly certain Stevie gets paid no matter how many tickets are sold, what is called an "artist's guarantee". LiveNation's escape clause is easy-cancel the show if it's not economically feasible.
The reason she's playing some of these massive venues is because Live Nation owns the venues, and with them as the promoter it's hard to play another better suited venue...
