Of course there wont be any charges. But it has nothing to do about conspiracy theories. Lets look at facts and not through a political lens.
Why do politicians or government officials use private email? The answer is to hide something. They communicate one way in their official email and another way in a private email.
Clintion's private email at state was something like HRClinton@____
Hardly a way to hide something right? If you are going to hide your private email then why is your name in it. In addition Clinton did not have 2, 3 or more emails. She exclusively used one private email during her tenure at state. This would have easily been proven otherwise if just one email showed up with a different address.
So far State has supported Clinton's claim that no top secret documents were sent or received. That is probably a good thing because no top secret document should be emailed anywhere no matter from what server. There are ways to deal with classified and top secret documents rather than email.
Other secretaries of state have used private emails for official business purposes.
What is reported is a few emails of ALL the emails Clinton sent and received wont be released. Why? Because State says there are sensitive/secret emails on her server. However, Clinton did not send or receive them that way. How is that a crime? If I send someone an email and somehow they attach things to the email that I did not, how is that a crime. Lets take a criminal act. The email I sent was forwarded several times. At some point in the chain, someone attaches child pornography to the email. Should I be charged with a crime? I never sent or received the child pornography and I never had intent to do so.
Pure politics. No one would expect to live under those circumstances for themselves.
For all the conspiracy theorists. What is the crime? Every email on her server has been scrutinized by State, DOJ, and the FBI. If Clinton sent classified information via her private email she should be charged. State has already stated no one hacked into the server. But so far no evidence what so ever. Its a scary world we live in when politics blinds people's ability to look at facts. Bad judgment, yes. Crime, no. Unless something new has been discovered (which is possible) then there is nothing to support criminal charges. Period.
I think some of you guys watch way too much Fox News. Bill Clinton chased the attorney general around in a plane and finally got to her in Phoenix where he pressured her to not charge Hillary. Ha ha ha. I live in realville and investigate the facts before forming an opinion. Don't let the talking heads on TV fill your head with mush.
Its laughable when I hear on TV or Fox News the comparison to General Petraeus. General Petraeus PURPOSELY met a woman and PURPOSELY gave her classified information. His mistress had no reason to have such information. Still waiting for the same talking heads to explain what classified information did Clinton give to someone who was not authorized to receive it. Even if her email was hacked (which so far hasn't been) its not the same analogy. It would be sloppy Clinton who unknowingly let hackers see such information. How would that be the same for someone who met someone in a parking lot to purposely give them classified information. No fair comparison, right? But you NEVER hear ANYONE counter such a ridiculous comparison on TV. Petraeus committed a crime definitely and was charged. If you never send or receive classified information, how is that a crime? If someone attaches classified information to an email that you sent over 8 senders ago, why should you be charged? If proven by the FBI that no hackers hacked your email and no classified information was compromised, how is that a crime?
Clearly some want charges only because of there political beliefs. That is what they do in Cuba, Venezuela, Russia, and North Korea. We are better than that.
If proven by the FBI that hackers obtained classified information or Clinton sent or received classified information via private server then she should be charged. That is unlikely from what we know so far.
