has anyone bought the NEW MERCHANDISE that was to *Will ship on or around March 31st. and received it , I ordered as shirt the day it went up , but have not received it,

Yes, and I called them last week. They said they were waiting fir stuff to come in, and could not give a date unfortunately. Sucks.

Fanfire is not the best customer service I have to say at some point you should get your product. one time I ordered a shirt they said it was out of print and it was still posted on there site It was the 2008 tour with the black hat Stevie pic beautiful picture kept. calling them about it and they said it was out of print then I said why is available to purchase if it is and it was still up for sale so never reordered it. They are funny.

i ordered 2 things the day the new stuff was posted~ i haven't heard anything from them~ not a word~ i called today & the lady says it will be 1-4 weeks~ i have a friend who bought a few items for me a week later & she received an email yesterday stating the same, 1-4 weeks~

what are they doing to compensate the delay?

has anyone ordered merch from fanfire and recieved it yet???
i ordered a t-shirt back in March around Easter, and have yet to recieve it.:mad:
last i heard from them they were on back order and were waiting to get more in.:confused:

I didn't receive mine yet either. I think it's on the Heart & Soul truck.

I called them They had a computer problem ,the are over nighting it to day on their dime .... I would call and see whats going on with your order

i haven't received mine either. it is still on back order that last time i checked. i ordered the brown shirt.

Just called them they said I should have it in 5-10 days.

the customer service person I spoke to after an email exchange with Becky who was anything but helpful or Pleasant ...I ask for Barbara every time I have called , it's easier then to deal with someone new every time I call and they give you the standard it's in the mail ... this way they know they have already Bull SH!Ted you and need do do something asap

I ordered stuff too and have made several calls with we are waiting for the manufacturer to provide the stuff so when we get it you will get it.

Another ledgie had a good point - I should contact the Ca. Atty general office. Why do they offer stuff for sale, get my CC# and then not ship for over 3 months or more.

I know my CC# hasn't been charged but I just want my stuff.:mad::mad:

They just a a horrible company , with terrible Customer Service .

I ordered a T shirt from NBC , it sold out in an hour they sent an Email explaining , they were printing more I received mine in .3 weeks ..

I refuse to give up on my red IYD hoodie! That company can suck it!

I know its more money I think once you go to a show get the stuff at the show if you can, I had ordered a shirt back in 2008 won't order anything thru there website had to cancel it it just was taking to long and giving me the run around. I will get what I can at the concert.

I've been waiting nearly 3 months for this but I never gave up. I went to check my bank balance today and there was a debit from Fanfare so I called and sure enough my red IYD hoodie is being shipped to me next week. I AM SO EFFIN EXCITED!!! I'm going to worship that thing to death because of all I've gone through to get it.

Hopefully this is good news for the rest of you who have been waiting a lifetime for your orders.

Last week I was told 5-10 days. Called today for a tracking number, and it hadn't even been mailed yet. They said they would mail it out today. Ugh. Whatever. I hate them.

My shirt FINALLY came in the mail....keep calling and asking I guess that's what it takes.

I finally got my red hoodie after waiting nearly 3 and a half months!!! I'm going to miss looking for that damn UPS package every day lol. It came last night around 6 pm and I ripped it open. Well it was well worth the wait, I'm effin in love with it. And I'm glad I didn't change my mind about changing from a small to a medium. The small is plenty big. Now the only bummer is it's been 90 degrees in LA so I can't wear it right now. Oh well I have a feeling I'm going to get many years of use out of it. I don't know what I got so attached to getting this hoodie from the first time I laid eyes on it. Even my friends are relieved to know it arrived so I can stop talking about it. Will post picture soon!
