It's on right now, and I missed the first 45 minutes.

Nicks/ Shakira "Feliz Navidad".

Nicks solo version "Silent Night".

Nicks/ Chris Isaak "Blue Christmas".

Taped during her down time between tour dates in 2009. Nicks is quoted
as saying "This is just for the fans who've been so loyal to me all these years.
I feel like I owe them something special, and that's why I've kept this thing
so quiet."

There will be short interviews with Stevie and her guest between songs. If
the show goes over well, Stevie plans this to be an annual event.

The event will raise awareness for the Tommy Flanagan Foundation, or
better known as the P.L.A. Ms. Nicks has been a long time member of the
organization. And has served as Chairperson.

Look for this special on ABC Christmas Eve 7:00 p.m. Eastern (check local
affiliates). The event will be tape delayed for the BBC.

I thought for my 2000th post I'd announce that the
ABC Family Channel is re-airing the Stevie Nicks
Christmas Special on December 13th.

Due to time restraints a couple of the songs will be edited
out. As soon as I find out which, you guys will be the first
to know.

It's amazing how people will fall for pretty much anything. A couple years back I posted a completely made up new item on April Fools day about something Stevie was doing and received hate filled emails that were just this side of being death threats. It was a simple joke but there were those Stevie fanatics out there who bought the post hook line and sinker and were REALLY pissed that I made it all up. The post had subtle clues that tipped you off as most great pranks do, but few caught them.
The internet is an amazing thing, it's SO easy to dupe people into believing pretty much anything.

I heard that Stevie practiced twirling tassles on her boobs, but they wouldn't let her film it for the special. :distress:

They're releasing it on DVD. It'll be in the Special Features. "Stevie After Dark" lol.
