It's from the 1991 MTV Video Music Awards at Universal City 05 Sep 1991. She wore large crosses almost all the time between '87 and '96!

Yes you are correct. I cannot recall the magazine but it had the If Anyone Falls shoot with this and the Merry Go Round. Although most if not all of this microphone shots were cut from the video.
