Hey all,

Invited a guy over to run through some vocals, and we made a scratch recording of a song called "What Love Is". We have it posted on Youtube and our Myspace. We haven't tweaked the levels or mixed it or added any guitar, but we wanted to share, because it's a unique little thing.

Thank you so much. :)When I wrote this song I thought it would turn out to be some dinky little thing with contrite lyrics, but Daniel really brought it to life, so I am excited!! :nod:

It's not really my kind of vibe, but I have to say, I can't get past the vocoder. If the guy can sing, take that thing off his voice. If he can't sing and it's there to disguise that fact, just get someone else.

On the final version, once we add guitar, there won't be autotune. The reason why it's there now is because without the rest of the instruments, the autotune vocal kind of adds another dimension to it, but the final version will be straight.
