Would anyone have Fleetwood Mac "The Late 80s Sessions"? I have heard about and been wanting this one for a long time, but I haven't ever seen it posted. Would anyone happen to have this? You would have a friend forever if you do. Thanks!!!!!

Hey, i don't mind an abrupt end. It is from a film, after all, a less annoying than the cheering between songs on How the West Was Won (it's a live Led Zeppelin album).
Still, thank you!

As much as i love that song, really i do. I've always had this resentment towards it because if it hadn't gotten on Rumours, "Silver Springs" would have taken its plac:shrug:e.
I'm not sure that is true. Regardless, perhaps because of its omission, it's become a legendary song.

OK, gotta be pesty again. Does anyone have an MP3 of I'm So Afraid from New Haven, CT in 1975? You can find a vid of it on YouTube.

Well i remember in an interview Stevie said that Mick claimed SS was too long a song, so IDWK took it's place because it was much shorter...maybe i'm just imagining things...
and here, Cassie: It's labeled "Track 5" but it's the ISA you're looking for:

I ran into a random guy at the bus station who saw my Mac shirt and struck up a very interesting conversation with me. He saw them at the Capital Centre in Largo and says it’s the best show he’s ever seen.
I know they were definitely in Largo in 1975 and 1978 as there’s video footage, but he’s positive that he saw them in 1977. I’d like get the music for him. Is he just confusing the years? Did Fleetwood Mac perform in Largo in 1977, and if they did, does anyone have any recordings?
Thanks in advance!

They def. played there in 1979 and that show is on video. Maybe he meant then. IDK if they played there in '77.

Having one of those days, meaning one of those really really bad days :distress:when the only thing that will make me feel better is some "new" to me Fleetwood Mac.
I looked over on Throwndown.net but I'm overwhelmed. Could someone be a dear and hook me up with a video bootie from The Dance tour? I'm not so afraid of torrents so that format is fine.

It is a great show, indeed. It has one of my favourite versions of Gold Dust Woman with lots of shouting. The video you linked is actually brand new to me - I was only familiar with the version with overlaid video clips of people doing tai chi on a beach or whatever was going on. So thank you, again!
Linked below is the show that is commonly said to be from Passaic, 1975. This thread has the comment from chiliD (https://ledge.fleetwoodmac.net/showthread.php?t=44640) where he believed that the recording commonly attributed to Passaic was actually recorded in New Haven on 20 October 1975 for the King Biscuit Flower Hour program.
If it helps anyone to identify which performance this is from (whether it be Passaic, New Haven, or Mars), at the end of Hypnotized, Stevie says, "You can belong to us anytime! Thank you, really! Good night! Have a good year!"

I remember the shouting in GDW and I thought she was pissed at someone (Lindsey perhaps ). Glad you enjoy it.
Thanks for the links to the Passaic or New Haven show. Off to download it.
I never have any idea what the woman is talking about so I stopped listening...
I thought it would be fun to look up newspaper articles documenting the first year of the new lineup, and I found these:
(Longer article)
San Angelo Standard-Times (San Angelo, Texas)
25 February 1976
"This week's King Biscuit via KIXY-FM will be Fleetwood Mac recorded live in Passaic, New Jersey..."
On 29 February 1976 it was broadcast on KSAN in Palo Alto; the local Peninsula Times Tribune also said that show was recorded in Passaic.
(Shorter article)
Richmond Times-Dispatch (Richmond, Virginia)
7 Mar 1976
"Fleetwood Mac In Air Concert
A Passaic, N.J., concert appearance by the rock group Fleetwood Mac will be featured on the King Biscuit Flower Hour, at 10 o'clock tonight on WRVQ-FM (94.5 mhz). The one-hour taped program is broadcast in four-track sound."
Go figure. Guess I'll rename my folder for the King Biscuit recording.

I remember the shouting in GDW and I thought she was pissed at someone (Lindsey perhaps ). Glad you enjoy it.
Thanks for the links to the Passaic or New Haven show. Off to download it.
I never have any idea what the woman is talking about so I stopped listening...
What was the shouting about? And sorry, but which show is that in?
Thanks for sharing, everyone.

This performance (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V2jfuUvRYR4) of Gold Dust Woman that has some great shout-y chants starting just before the 6 minute mark. It's from the 5 December 1977 show at the Budokan Hall in Tokyo.
