Still, I think she's tops at manipulating the media and various conservative groups. She pushes all the right buttons and gets people talking. I might not always agree with her methods, but I give her credit for taking those risks. She could have very easily ruined her career with just about any of the controversial things she's done -- dating all the way back to 1984.

Beyond that, she sure knows how to keep her name on people's lips! And, unlike all of the other media whores (Britney, Paris, etc.), Madonna actually has a solid body of work to back it all up. She works hard and doesn't rely solely on the controversies and media attention to propel her career.

yeah. I dont think it's necessarily an age thing. I was sorta dating this guy (and when i say "sorta dating" i mean-he was a friend with benefits, booty call etc. :laugh: ) and he did that to my friend. He was 30 at the time. I actually don't have the same jaw, lips, or eyebrows as my mom. She has a small jaw/chin and poofier lips. Yet somehow I still look quite a bit like her. Too bad I didn't get either the small jaw or the poofy lips, though.

Thanks! My mom was really into halloween, always made costumes. This is one of the simpler ones. :shocked: One year I was a totem pole, I had to wear a huge tube of cardboard, my mother had papier mached all the totem pole faces on the outside, and painted them...I couldn't really move...:laugh:
