Pat Robertson Predictions
VIRGINIA BEACH, Va., May 18, 2006(AP) In another in a series of notable pronouncements, religious broadcaster Pat Robertson says God told him storms and possibly a tsunami will hit America's coastline this year.

Robertson has made the predictions at least four times in the past two weeks on his news-and-talk television show "The 700 Club" on the Christian Broadcasting Network, which he founded.

Robertson said the revelations about this year's weather came to him during his annual personal prayer retreat in January.

"If I heard the Lord right about 2006, the coasts of America will be lashed by storms," Robertson said May 8. On Wednesday, he added, "There well may be something as bad as a tsunami in the Pacific Northwest."

Robertson has come under intense criticism in recent months for suggesting that American agents should assassinate Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez and that Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon's stroke was divine retribution for Israel's pullout from the Gaza Strip.

This is so wild -- I recently predicted that Pat Robertson would be making another ridiculous prophecy of doom! I must have supernatural abilities to see that one coming.

Sylvia Browne better look out! Ol' Patsy & I are moving in on her territory.

See, that just makes me think he's in cahoots with George Bush, and they're going to use some super secret thing that was invented to cause Tsunamis, and aim it at the pacific coast, just to distract everyone....

Pat Robertson Predictions
VIRGINIA BEACH, Va., May 18, 2006(AP) In another in a series of notable pronouncements, religious broadcaster Pat Robertson says God told him storms and possibly a tsunami will hit America's coastline this year. What an imbecile. He seems unaware that U.S. coastlines have been hit by tsunami practically every year since 1990.
Robertson has made the predictions at least four times in the past two weeks on his news-and-talk television show "The 700 Club" on the Christian Broadcasting Network, which he founded."Predictions"? that's rather a loose way of defining that word.
Robertson said the revelations about this year's weather came to him during his annual personal prayer retreat in January.Either Robertson got his revelation wires crossed or God Himself botched the message, because a tsunami isn't a weather-related phenomenon.
"If I heard the Lord right about 2006, the coasts of America will be lashed by storms," Robertson said May 8.What an imbecile. Storms to hit the coasts of America! Uhh ... yeah ... gee YA THINK?

What a turkey. And to think of . . . how many millions? voted for him to lead the nation as president. Gives me the cold shivers to ponder just how many of my fellow countrymen are morons.

Was that the '88 election?Quite frankly, david, I have blessedly forgotten the year.

I think Mr. Imbecile has been running for president virtually every election since 1950.

Well, considering the bile that spews from that slit in his face we more commonly know as a "mouth", I'd say not only has he been embalmed, he's been lobotomized, as well.

I think his followers are the ones who have been lobotomized.

I would suggest he is in fact VERY aware of it.

I've watched his show once or twice over the years and I have to honestly say, I think he's getting too old. It's like his mind is going over the edge or something. Even that lady that's on his show with him sometimes gives him a look after he makes an inane comment... she's like :o and :distress: and  ... oh well, I guess we're all going to be old some day. Good thing we're not all going to be broadcast across the globe to zillions of people so they can see our diminished mental capacity.

And anywho... he's trying to fulfill biblical prophecy in more ways than one, here. And please don't ask me to drag out my bible and quote the exact verse and chapter but it does say there will be people in the end times who profess to be prophets and all that rot. Can I jump on the band wagon and say God told me that Pat Robertson is losing his mind? Just kidding, honest. :D :sorry:

I noticed he specifically points out the Pacific Northwest which is where I live. Guess I better keep my raft handy.

The Lord spoke to me?

Ya gotta be ****tin' me. Who believes this bull**** anymore? Yeah, I had a big ol' convo with JC himself last night and he said that the sun will rise tomorrow and set in the evening. Bloody hell.

Reminds me, oddly of a funny quote:

"I found Jesus. He was hiding behind my couch the whole time!"
