...who can do a higher kick than Stevie? I can. I can almost reach my stomach. would anyone like to try?

I used to be able to put my forehead on the floor when I practiced yoga more regularly.:o

I can touch my forehead with my leg. So weird since I am not at all fit. But years of competive swimming and then a few years of showing this skill off at parties mean I can in fact do that! Not that I listen to Stand Back and do it at the appropriate time or anything.....lol!

I can. I am double jointed and very flexible. I can twist my body into unimaginable positions. My boyfriend loves it. :thumbsup:

I can touch my knee to the side of my head, so I guess I can too. It is from years of competition cheerleading and dance, and now pilates is helping me stay flexible.

Not sure if mine are higher but I can side kick pretty high..I can reach out to my husbands nose..(he's 6'1") .I trained with him in martial arts for a few years

i can front kick really high. i kick at the ceilng fan pull in the kitchen, that's at least 6' up. to the side, depends on how limber i'm feeling. ps brian has a killer Stand Back kick...
