Ive heard it seems to be rougher when you get that as an adult. I cant remember it being all that bad when I was a kid, but then, I cant hardly remember my kid days either :lol:

Nah don't worry I'mtotally fine. Only problem is all the time off work now (I work at a junior high school so I have to stay away for a week). The boredom begins to set in. Hence my song spoof :sorry: (but there may be more ahead :cool: )

Ive heard it seems to be rougher when you get that as an adult.
I don't know what's more odd... that I never got it as a kid, or that I missed the vaccination. :o :rolleyes: Either way, it sure was a surprise to get it now.. but like you say, better younger than older.

I actually like my puffed-up face... It usually looks too narrow. Not sure how to go about keeping it like this permanently though. :p

They had an MMR vaccination in Junior High for anyone who wanted it, but I forgot about it and didn't have the signed permission slip from my mum. :rolleyes: :o

Eeek. Well maybe you can get one. You don't want measels or rubella, and it's bad enough you've got mumps. Hope you're under good care now.
