So mysterious
Branch, 22, and Landau, who's believed to be 41, swapped vows in spring 2004. They announced they were expecting their first offspring in February.

 I used to get them confused too - I think they're about the same age - and they came out around the same time - and they both have "helium voice"

Yeah, and they both have that same dark hair/dark eyes/vaguely possibly part-Asian or Native American look (don't ask me to elaborate or think deeply about that one, LOL). I used to get really confused keeping them straight though. And Stevie has sung Michele Branch's praises too--they posed for a pic in a magazine together--have they ever done anything musically together though (Stevie and Michele I mean)? Geez, I'm awful, I can't even remember.

Michelle Branch was Sheryl Crow's opener for her C'mon C'mon tour. I didn't think much of her -but she really really impressed me when I saw her open for Sheryl.
She is a talented young thing - and I actually have both of her albums.

I generally think of Owen as a boy's name as well - but I like it as a girl's name

It seems these days that any name can be a girl's name. Pick the last name of a past president--Madison. Woohoo! Instant trendy girl's name!
Try naming a boy Jennifer though. That'll go over big. A boy's name for a girl is "cool," while a girl's name for a boy is sissy and will get him beat up.
Gotta love the good ol' double standard! If I have a girl, she's gonna have a feminine name. That doesn't mean she can't be strong, tough, and/or cool!
Edit: Sorry Deanna--this post might come off as being directed at you but it totally isn't. I'm just spouting off a general social commentary. Everyone feel free to ignore.
In any case, I wish the couple and their new baby the best, :o .

Eh - everyone is entitled to their opinion - and you make some good points.
It can go too far though.
There was a professor at my college - her name was Kevin. I mean wtf.
Also my brother in law worked with a woman named Dennis. Again - wtf.

So mysterious
No doubt he's older than 41 and the mystery is what other number can be added to said number to produce his actual age

Who names their kid Owen? If it's a girl, that is. Rock and Roll kid names are always strange. O_o
Congrats to her nonetheless.

If I had to choose Vanessa Carlton or Michelle Branch, I'd be Vanessa all the way.
But Michelle having a baby? I am shocked. I bet Britney wishes she were her. I mean she can go thru 9 months with nary a picture and Britney can't walk 5 inches without everyone commenting how fat and fugly she looks.

Yeah, but Janet - that's cuz Britney is fat and fugly.
Reminder: Britney's a pig, I f*cking hate her.
