I've been having near-migraine the last couple of days so I know I should leave chocolate (and some other stuff, like cheese :( ) alone for a while. (hm.. maybe I shouldn't be at the pc that much either :o )
But of course, chocolate now is the one thing on my mind CONstantly.

they're called "donkerbruintjes" in dutch.. a simple cookie with a chocolate and sugar coat on one side. You can scrape the chocolate off with your teeth first, and then eat the cookie...

Even though I love Toblerone (Swiss) and Ritter Sport (German?), I'm going to say Finland. Try Brunberg's dark chocolate, or those various Fazer chocolates if you ever have the chance. But my current favourite is a Swedish one (gasp), Marabou mint milk chocolate.

Chocolate discs (about 200 grams in weight). Although I tend to end up eating the stuff like I would eat bread. :o

I don't have the patience to answer every choco-question, but I am really into the dark stuff now (although I do go through compulsive phases with Peanut M&Ms). Cocoa percentges in the 70's are the best! Some of them are so dark, they have almost a dirt essence (but in a good way, if you can imagine...). I like plain or with almonds. Hot chocolate and brownies are both awesome...hot chocolate made with at least whole milk or coconut milk!

There is a pnenomenal brand of chocolate bars called Dagoba. The umpteen flavors are beyond imaginitive. Dark chocolate with chili peppers is SO good! They also have ones flavored with lavendar or rose, or a host of other wacky-gourmet flavas. A "must try". There are lots of yummy "milk" flavors too, for you lightweights ;) .
