Dust is amazing. Lovely acoustic ballad with great harmonies (I think he is duetting himself there). I wish there were three or four more of these types of songs on Bare Trees.

Child of Mine is a real cooker. I think it's performed well, though I wish the band had used Advision studios again (as they did on Future Games) because the mobile unit sounds a little primitive and doesn't allow the song (or many of the other songs on the record) to pop out. Is it me or does the section "I miss you again" sound a bit like the verses of The Chain?

Bare Trees--really interesting song. I like it. Could have some more imaginative keyboard work on it, but otherwise really interesting.

Sunny Side--very fine instrumental.

Danny's Chant. Love the riff, but is this really better than Trinity? I think not. Trinity is and sounds better than any one of these admittedly excellent songs! Danny was at the top of his game.

I agree, great work by Danny all around on this album. My favorite track is probably "Bare Trees". As an aside, a few days ago I was finishing up eating breakfast in a local Jack in the Box restaurant and as I was getting ready to leave they started playing "Sunny Side of Heaven." I was so amazed as I had never heard it played on the radio, etc. and, of course, I stayed until the end of the song. It was a great way to start the day.

"Dust" is my favorite non-Lindsey/Stevie/Christine Mac song of all time.

Imagine paying $1000 to hear "Don't Dream It's Over" instead of "Go Your Own Way"

Fleetwood Mac helped me through a time of heartbreak. 12 years later, they broke my heart.
