Wow ~ Why am I not surprised. No physical evidence or DNA to link him. I still think he did it but hey ~ his piers found him not guilty. I feel for his daughter. But atleast she will have one parent to raise her. Very sad for everyone involved.

I'm not surprised at all by the verdict. There was zero evidence. Nothing. After the Scott Peterson mess that showed how juries will convict based on the personality of the accused, I thought there might be the possibility of the same thing happening with Blake. However, I'm glad that they actually looked at the evidence and realized that the prosecution did not prove its case. The only thing the prosecution had was suspicion.

Seriously though, while I haven't followed this case as closely, I suspect this was some murder for hire deal.
As I see some of you have now posted, it was the same deal with Blake. No physical evidence, just circumstantial. It's good to see that the system still works.

Because money and marginal fame will get you a lawyer willing to fight. Not to mention, they made the Peterson trial a three-ringed circus as only the media can.
