Classic Rock Article
CAH says Ken is interviewed in a new article for Classic Rock magazine. I'm not interested in hearing (again) about how drugs impacted FM's music, but I'd certainly like to read anything else Ken says. Every time I see his name these days, it's just in an article about Colbie, so I hope I haven't skipped over this interview.

TBT...I don't even think Colbie is that great.
She only got to be popular because of her father. Her songs are bad, and her voice isnt THAT good. JMO. |

Well that's just a stupid statement IMO.... I doubt very much she gained popularity because of her father... Her music stands on it's own, and it's a pretty good career starting cd.

Betsy, yes CAH is Carol Ann Harris. She did an interview in Chicago and mentioned the article. Michele |

The radio station interview? Is that available online somewhere now, because when I checked a few weeks back it wasn't.

No, I haven't seen the radio station interview. She mentioned it here:

I dont think shes that good. I prefer that girl Sara Bresiles to her. [she was the itunes free download the week before Colbie was] but in every album review it mentions who her father is. it gets annoying. |

Which is sort of odd, because after all it's not as if Ken were Prince!

Thanks Michele and Vanessa for 'esplainin' (as Ricky Ricardo used to say) it to my sorry ass.
And Davd...you made me spit coffee on my desk blotter with your quote on your sig pic... Thanks to you, October 2007 will never be the same... |

I owe you a new desk blotter. I guess that line could resonate a couple of different ways. It puts me in mind of Stevie's witty comment to Jim Ladd on Innerview in 1982, with Mick right there & talking about him: "It's good to be the king."
