Ugh, yeah. As someone who has booked my fair share of folks on local and national radio, I can tell you, this is a no-win situation. The host obviously wants as much time as you're willing to give, it's in the best interest of the interviewee to establish a good rapport with the host, and the booker/publicist has to make everyone happy and keep things rolling. A tricky situation for sure, but it sounds like Lindsey handled it well.
