Doesn't sound like it.

And if someone edited it together and posted it somewhere to try and make LB look bad, it actually doesn't. It shows how he cares that his work be presented thoughtfully and not just as some "content". I'm glad he's got the balls to just do this himself, respectfully but making his feelings clear. This is the kind of thing Stevie can't do, and would have someone else like Karen or her publicist do for her.

Odd.........kinda like doo dooo dooo do Twilight Zone odd! On the radio all this week they had a snippet from the interview and they were talking about Rumours. Hmmmm..........:shrug:  I'm not listening right now but will in a little bit.

In case it's unclear to anyone, this is Lindsey lobbying his publicist (not the interviewer) for more time. It's the publicist who says "we've got another interview lined up," which means Lindsey has somewhere else to go, not that the interviewer is looking to move on to someone else.

I didn’t think it was clear. I’m sure he said some more quotable things...

I don't understand how it could be any more clear. Lindsey explains in plain english he needs more time, coming to the hosts defense, knowing the guy needs more than ten minutes to work with.

Not a big deal.

I agree with you.

The whole thing didn't make any sense until it was explained who he was talking to. Then it was really clear and made sense.

Ugh, yeah. As someone who has booked my fair share of folks on local and national radio, I can tell you, this is a no-win situation. The host obviously wants as much time as you're willing to give, it's in the best interest of the interviewee to establish a good rapport with the host, and the booker/publicist has to make everyone happy and keep things rolling. A tricky situation for sure, but it sounds like Lindsey handled it well.
