What I remember about March of the Wooden Soldiers is that it is in an old movie with Laurel and Hardy and it had these soldiers that march around a fairy tale land towards the end. The instrumentation played in the background of this is what the reviewer was comparing to You and I part 2, I guess that is has a steady beat and it builds, that is what I find they have in common. It has been a long time since seeing that movie.
