How does one celebrate the birthday in Peru? (And does it involve a favorite beverage?)

And of course I'll celebrete with peruvian pisco sour.
Pisco is a is a liquor distilled from grapes made in wine-producing regions of Peru. And pisco sour is a delicious cocktail
There's a party at a friend's home tonight. Hope I'll survive!!
