I love that line too - "So I close my eyes softly..." I love how she sings it, and the lyrics too. But ya, that's how I became Ghosty! lol! All from wanting to get on a message forum one day (not even a Stevie or FM one), and I had to think of a user I.D. real quick and went and got a yahoo account for it too. Hee!
Maybe I am silly, but is your username from a song? DownOnRodeo? I love hearing how people got their nicknames and user names... Mine is funny because I happen to be very pale, and I can't tell you the amount of times I can walk into a room and scare the heck out of someone because they never heard me come in, and didn't realize I was there. It's so funny. I don't mean to. I guess I am just quiet - or ... just Ghosty! lol! |

and a note for all those who need to take the same step too- DO IT. NOW. long sigs are very irritating, and i can assure you nobody reads what's written there anyway. and one more thing, if you wanna quote someone's post, please, quote the relevant lines or points, that's okay, we read the entire post earlier, thanks.

Or we could use your trick, tommer, and put scrolling sigs in there instead...

You know, I never read long signatures. It's irritating. But if someone has a scrolling sig (like tommer) I'll sit there and read it.

Hello folks --
Good topic for discussion. I think that some people could trim their sig lines *significantly* and still get their point(s) across. I have a sig file question for sulasmith, though: *Where* did your sig file come from? I hadn't ever heard of this particular interview before, and I'm intrigued. Is it available in the Blue Letter Archive? I'd sure like to read it. Thanks! |
