I think the Show Them The Way lyrics are better. Perhaps that and this poem will be sung next month in Charlotte.

I know, right?! But she never will because it's the only life she's ever known.

Truest words ever written. She never got a real life. "Being Stevie" is all she's got. It's sad, really.

I'm not trying to pretend that this poem is particularly profound, but why is this a sign that she needs to retire? She'll probably gain some younger listeners from being prominently featured in the artwork of an album that is going to sell a gazillion copies.

Do you know if she sings on the album? I don't like Taylor Swift's music so I haven't listened to this album, but I'd listen to a song with Stevie.

Wouldn't it be amazing if she released her own new music for these younger listeners to enjoy rather than Edge of Seventeen and Stand Back?!

Stevie doesn't sing on the album but Taylor mentions her by name in the song "Clara Bow."

And of course the poem Stevie wrote during a break on her 2023 Tour which appears in the Jewel Case of the CD I believe.

I guess this all started when Stevie mentioned Taylor's song "You're On Your Own Kid" comforting her in her grieving of Christine.

Stevie fought her way into another stars career. So calculating. Totally untrustworthy.
