The Plank Core Exercise - Anyone Familiar?
Hey All:
After a decent amount of time of not having the most strict exercise routine, I'm trying to get back into the grind. I've started with the plank core exercise. I'll hold the move for 35 seconds and rest for 25. I'll do this for 15 reps - so 15 minutes or so a day. Any of you familiar with this? Will I see any kind of result with this in addition to watching what I eat?

I'll just keep my walking/jogging routine going.Since its getting nice out I will add some more miles on the trip plus go out for two trips daily.
I'm not into these other routines . I dont want to sit here on the computer and get any bigger while reading the Ledge and doing other stuff online.
