***Frequently Asked Questions***
Q: Do you combine shipping and invoices?
A: Yes, if you win multiple sales on one day you will receive a combined invoice with your shipping discount. If you win sales on different days, you will receive a consolidated invoice each day you win with all previous purchases. We extend this courtesy out for 10 days and ask that you wrap things up and make payment on outstanding items after those 10 days. We can not combine shipping across accounts. So if you buy 3 photos from each of our 3 different accounts you will get 3 separate invoices and shipping charges. Please know if you do not receive or ask for a combined invoice and pay separate ormultipleshipping costsitcan not be refunded after the fact. We get charged by once it is paid, please be patient and use the ask for total feature in your cart when buying multiple items.

A: Weshipwithin 24 hours of the payment clearing. We use software to manage our sales and about one-tenth of one percent of transactions do not sync up with Paypal (much to our dismay).
