Cyndi Lauper Live

I just found out that Cyndi's coming to Buffalo & I'm debating on going. It's at a college arena, nice & small, top priced tix are less than $50. I checked her website & she's doing a nice mix of classics from her At Last album as well as her old hits. There's also a live DVD coming out.

So, should I see her? I was a fan in the 80's & I've been getting back into her stuff lately. Has anyone seen her live?

She is INCREDIBLE live. You really wouldn't regret going.

The DVD is also very good. We just got them in the office today. The packaging's blah, but the material is good.

I saw her at a small supper club here, where she sang all of the At Last album, and it was truly amazing.

Definitely see her. She's amazing live. Such a tiny woman and such a BIG voice. You would never imagine that her range is four octaves by looking at the little thing.

She was awesome and so energetic on VH-1 Divas a few weeks back. Go! You must go!!

One of the stations here was gushing that when she was in town recently she called to request songs & granted the DJs a phone interview. She seems like a kind an unpretentious singer with talent, and that's something.

OK, I'm going! I've got a few friends going with me, so it should be a blast. Right now I can easily get 10th or 11th row for $48 each. How can I refuse?
