Question Pick your favorite playlist - Album Edition

I wasn't planning to do a playlist poll anymore, since the new FM contest will begin soon. However I changed my mind!

So here's the last playlist battle, in honor of the wide array of Fleetwood Mac songs, styles, members, and albums.

Choice A - Mr. Wonderful; Rumours; Mirage

Choice B - Then Play On; Mystery to Me; Time

Choice C - Tusk; Behind the Mask; Say You Will

Choice D - Bare Trees; '75 Fleetwood Mac; Tango in the Night

B- of the choices offered....

My list of three would be Mystery To Me, Tusk, and a tie between White'75 and Mirage.

My choice would be the trilogy: Fleetwood Mac (white album) / Rumours / Tusk

Mystery To Me and Tusk are my favorite Mac albums too. My list of three would probably have to include Tango, though.

The one with Bare Trees, FM 75 and TITN. It was almost instinctual to pick the MtM, Then Play On one and then I saw Time!

I love Tango, but it has just aged so poorly!!!! From a sonic standpoint(Mirage CD mastering quality, not taken into account), Mirage sounds so much more, like a BAND,... you know, playing music! Tango, is perfection, taken too far. It just sounds like a computer generated FM album.
Caroline, comes immediately to mind.

If I were the world music czar, I'd impose that NO band, can be more than six members....
No playing along with tracks.....
No hidden keyboard or guitar players.....
No fake vocals.....
Play it, and sing it, LIVE, or GTFU....

Enough is enough.....
People no longer buy CD's, yet music live, just becomes more fake, every day.......
rant off....

Choice C because of Tusk and Say You Will.

Never listened to Behind The Mask because of no interest in any Fleetwood Mac album without Lindsey.

Really? I understand the rest of your point, but what about bands like Arcade Fire that have more than six members and play live? I don't get the arbitrary cut off point... [EDIT: Well... Arcade Fire do play with extra musicians on tour who aren't technically in the band... but they aren't hidden. I should have thought of a better example ]

I picked C because Tusk and SYW are probably my two favourite Mac albums and BtM has some great stuff on it as well.

Even though Tusk is my fave and I love SYW, I chose D because I was thinking in terms of listening to three albums in a row--and those seemed pleasing to me, both variety and a surprising consistency in those choices (e.g., Lindsey/McVie's "Mystified" reminds me of Kirwan-led Mac).

Well, unless we're talking about a band with a horn section, I just don't see the need for a ten piece band(I'm talking about a band, not an orchestra).
Come on, if you've got drums, bass, keys, and 2 guitars, WHAT.MORE.DO.YOU.NEED? And that even leaves room for a percussionist, or some loser singer, that doesn't play an instrument.
Last night, I did sound for a six piece band....although the opening act was 9 pieces. Overfu*kingkill. Not enough room on stage, not enough snake channels, and way too much attitude. I wanted to kill their engineer, and the band.(personal rant off).
