yes, they hopefully will get a bit better at this as they go along, need more commentary from him that provides more behind the scenes type info and more banter between them, but it takes practice. Love the idea though.

This was fantastic and they both look beautiful!

This brings back wonderful memories for me because I had the cassette tape of "Go Insane" and I used to play it "Over And Over"! I just loved the rhythm, rhyme and melody on each song.

I hope they can do these moments to camera, more often. As a fan, I really appreciate it.

It's usual to feel uncomfortable hearing those kind of things about your parents. Can't imagine watching them. Specially if they are with other people.

Maybe Leelee is trying to help Lindsey with an "Anthology" or similar collection of his career, so far!

I was hoping this would at least be mildly diverting, but neither of them had any insight at all! If you don't have anything to say, why bother doing it in the first place?

It's sweet to see them together, but why doesn't she ask him anything about it? Where was it filmed? Who directed it? Whose idea was it etc. etc. etc.?

Maybe the next one will have some content...

By the way, David Gilmour has just collaborated with his daughter, Romany - she sang and played on his album and went on tour with him.

The video was purposely short because it was sent into the twitterverse and was a short on youtube which limits how long a video can be. I just posted his youtube channel version. Clearly it was edited down to purposely be a short video. I think it was shown as a nice father/daughter moment watching something she probably has seen before but reacting to it. I dont think it was meant for anything but showing them together. No question and answer session or documentary about the video, just a cute father/daughter moment together.

I don't know if I misunderstand this, I don't know how YouTube works but I have seen lot of videos that last more than 40 minutes. There even are complete 2 hours films, I just watched Count of Monte Cristo. Why wouldn't YouTube allow longer videos in Lindsey channel's case?

YouTube has a section called "YouTube Shorts" which are videos three minutes or less that are focused primarily toward people viewing videos on their phones. Basically their version of TikTok or Instagram videos.

Street Dreamer already explained but it also was sent out on twitter. Those videos are usually short when sent out on twitter. Youtube has videos called "Shorts" competing with Tik Tok and Twitter videos. Short videos reach the most people.

Logic points out it was created for a twitter tik/tok, video and then uploaded to his general youtube channel. This video was not created as a documentary or question and answer session about the video. If it was, it probably would have been longer. I am sure his daughter has seen it many times before this. Why cant we just enjoy a snippit of Lindsey and his daughter sharing a cute moment together without bombarding questions its not good enough or long enough.
Social media does not work that way. People dont send out 40 minute videos via twitter and tik tok I see this as no different when artists including Lindsey put out small snippets of them playing songs. IMHO its odd to bark: Where was the video recorded? Why does his daughter not ask who the woman was? Why does she not comment on his hair? . Its a simple father/daughter moment, not 20 questions. Perhaps someone can request Lindsey put out a 45 minute documentary to answer these questions. The video is not so much about the video which people want it to be. Its about watching it with his daughter. Where its uploaded on his youtube channel under videos or shorts is irrelevant to its purpose.
