Why doesn't he put something out? Aside from the great guitar on the Killers song, has he put anything out in a few years? He is back to his old pattern again?

edit: My mistake. He did one lockdown living room concert. Do a second one, Mr. Buckingham!

I fear he and his peeps don’t hear our pleas!

No time like the present — especially for music that’s been in the can for 3+ years.

ETA: Also, more collaborations please! That would be a great way for him to spend COVID.

McCartney has just released a new Album, it gets very good reviews.
I’ve only heard the single from it..”Find my way”, and I like it, a lot.

He has written, played every instrument and produced it.
Much like Lindsey...my point is.
If Macca can do it why can’t Lindsey?
Release now...

^McCartney will always have global buyers so it probably doesn't matter much to him whether he releases it during a pandemic. He'll have a top 10 debut.

I believe Lindsey needs the opportunities of the promotion circuit a la performing on Jimmy Kimmel or Ellen. Just like Stephanie did for two years to promote In Your Dreams. I think his management believes this too.
He may be obligated to do this promotion but I think he enjoys it too. With the fun of a band or just playing alone before a room of people (even if just production staff!)

I don't wish for him to release new music until most of the USA is vaccinated.
I'll take another stream show with him doing UTS straight through!

They are in love — kind of the way Henry II and Eleanor of Aquitaine were in love.

Well, she's not a very good actress, so tell me that at least it was an enjoyable time with the lady

The crazy thing is, the woman reminds me of young $tevie. She keeps making faces for the camera. Crossing her eyes(not for that reason) and the like. Young $tevie used to do that.

Lindsey needs to get this music released now or it’s going to be 2022 . If he is waiting to tour behind it,I don’t see it in 2021.

It’s stupid to wait at this point. He’s old dude from legacy band. Beyond his diehard fans who were already buying his album, nobody’s clamoring for a Lindsey Buckingham album. And waiting until every other artist or band tries to go back out on tour? Good luck with that. Lindsey is operating on a model that hasn’t existed in about 20 years. If he doesn’t release it now, he might as well overdub Mick in and call it Fleetwood Buckingham, because the “Fleetwood” name is the only way he wouldn’t get completely lost in what will be a completely oversaturated market.

That’s pretty harsh, but I think you’re right that Lindsey should release his album now or ASAP, because as you said, if he waits until the pandemic is over or until he can tour, not only will he be overlooked, but also who knows when those things will really happen?!? However, I have no idea if Lindsey has any control over the release of his album- I always thought the record companies made those decisions.
